When we talk of pure talents across the globe, Ghana is no exception. We have seen and heard of some super great talents and their discovery is nerve tickling. We can make mention of Darko Vibes, B4bonah, Adomaa, King Promise, KiDi, Kuami Eugene, Kwesi Arthur, Lyrical Joe, Amerado, Feli Nuna, that’s just to mention a few.
There are still thousands of talents who are yet to be discovered and heard of and this young champ BLAKK with no “C” 2 K’s like “KK” is of the few soon to take the airwaves by surprise.

Born Richard Dickson Manford but known in da music circles as BLAKK is a dope rapper and good songwriter who hails from Tema New Town, he never fails to deliver and easily puts every story in a song. He is got some mind-blowing rap tunes and EP’s out there. He switched things up last year with some surprisingly amazing afrobeat tunes just to prove himself and send a message out there to the masses he’s equally versatile and can stand every test of time in the music scene. He did a reggae-like tune “Rainy Day” which got some people dropping their jaws of the versatility including ourselves, dropped “StoryStory” which featured another equally good Ga rapper Keddi and dropped “Time and Space” which featured Swaggboi to end 2018. Equally had both some T.v and radio interviews, played some shows to climax the year.

This young champ just doesn’t sleep because he’s yet released another tune “Dzormo” which literally means “Blessing” to usher us in the new year and it’s already getting some good response out there and his fan base who are called “Blakkies”. This year and the subsequent years looks quite promising for BLAKK who believes his time to excel and explode is here.
Ghana, Africa, and the world should watch out for this pure talent BLAKK.
