Nadia Buari has acted in response to comments about her costume to the recently-held Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs), issues of arrogance, husband’s identity and more.
Held on Saturday at the AICC, the “Single and Married” star wore a pastel pink coloured evening dress with an opening around her left limb and br3st revealing more flesh.
The mother of two, made her reservations on the comments from the general public known on Wednesday night during her interview with Bola Ray on Accra-based Starr 103.5 FM‘s personality weekly interview show, Starr Chat.
Nadia admitted she’s yet to read those comments but noted that she has seen some animations which appeals to her.
“I haven’t read comments but I have seen animations about the dress. I loved some and I’ve posted some on my page. I think I love all of them. The dress made its debut on that Saturday,” she told Bola Ray.
She also failed to disclose the identity and/or nationality of the father of her two daughters by simply stating that “the father of my twins is not a Ghanaian.”
Responding to allegations of arrogance she mentioned that she is rather shy and one need to know her well before he/she can put forward those judgments.
“I think I am a weirdo, naturally sometimes I can be a nerd… I’m painfully shy and really nervous. A lot of people don’t believe that. They are like, ‘You are an actress and you are not supposed to be shy’ but I am extremely shy,” she said.
“I can’t start explaining to people that this is exactly how I am so you just take it as it is. It makes me feel bad because I feel like you need to get to know me before you can actually make all of these judgements.”
